The sourdough class was great. I especially loved learning the right way to knead the dough and being able to have the hands on experience was the perfect way of doing it. I learnt lots of very helpful information.

A very informative and hands on class. Ken is a wonderful teacher, a serious bread magician! His wealth of knowledge and skills obvious and shared in a supportive way. We enjoyed an incredible lunch and at the end of the day took home many different baked treats. My partner and I loved this course - and haven’t stopped eating leaven bread since!
