I enjoyed Erin's energy however the information was more basic that what I had hoped. Also the slide presentation contained lots of errors in the words and spelling and we were given a copy of an older version with slides missing. I would respectfully suggest that if money is charged for a workshop, then preparation is appropriate.

I learnt nothing that I didn't already know.. The class was poor, lacked depth and too basic. It was a waste of my time and money. It started 15mins late, finished 15 mins early plus 15 mins break. I would not do another class.

Thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon at CERES doing the Food as Medicine course with Erin. Well worth the money spent, as the passion Erin has for her work really shines through when she is educating the class. I appreciated the amount of time that was given for us to ask questions and I walked away a whole lot more clear about my food choices and creative ways I can incorporate more foods into my cooking.
