We had great fun learning how to make pizza dough and how to roll the dough balls. Loved tasting the parmigiano afterwards and hearing John's passion for traditionally prepared products.
A great class, educational, informative and 'hands on' fun. Dusty the Chef/teacher explained the science and chemistry behind what we were doing, giving a better understanding of what was going on, whilst also giving us an idea of how to troubleshoot problems when things go wrong. I had a great time and learned heaps. Ate a ton of pizza too......👍🏻
