This is a hands-on class in our professional kitchen where Mirco will guide you through the stages of preparing and rolling out the pasta dough, creating different fillings forming the perfect ravioli, tortellini and other shapes.
Mirco will also be showing you how to cook and serve your pasta which you will be able to enjoy over lunch with a glass of wine. You will also get to sample some of the exquisite filled pasta recipes on Thirty Eight Chairs’ menu.

Mirco is from Verona in Italy's lovely Veneto region, very famous for traditional dishes. Mirco attended hospitality school in nearby Bardolino and began his career doing seasonal work in various restaurants.
For the next two years, Mirco worked aboard the Princess Cruise boat and then moved to the one-Michelin starred Stefano Cavallini Restaurant in London. Mirco then continued at Neat, France, before moving to Melbourne in 2006 to take up positions at The Point followed by The European before finally landing at Thirty Eight Chairs.
