Our wonderful chef Tony Ching will teach you how to bone a chicken, fillet a fish and precision-cut vegetables – all with your beautiful new knife, plus you will learn all the essentials of knife care and use in the kitchen.

This is a perfect class for beginner cooks - not only do you learn some essential skills, you will also have an investment-level knife to make all your food preparation quicker and easier.  Once you have practiced your knife skills, your cooking and kitchen talent will improve no end...

This class includes a beautiful Furi pro Utility knife (15cm) for you to keep and a tasting of the food you prepare.

The Furi Pro Knife offers superior knife cutting performance for the home cooking enthusiast.  This knife is perfect for slicing fruit, small vegetables, herbs cheese and trimming meats.  Furi knives are made of Japanese stainless steel with an innovative handle design, seamless construction and an extremely sharp blade.

Come along on your own and make some new friends, or make a group get-together.  Our classes are great fun in a friendly atmosphere in our beautiful historic building.

This was a great class and Tony Ching was an expert instructor with lots of energy. Would love to do a Knife Skills 2 to get introduced to more skills.
