It cannot get much more traditionally French than this session! Not only will there be French background music all day long, but there will also be heavy copper and “Le Creuset” pots  and loads of French food stories. You will prepare Salmon Paupilette, Cheese Puffs, French Onion and Cider Soup, Bouillabaisse, Chateau Briand, Sauce Bernaise, Potato Gratin, Cassoulette, Pot au Feu, Tarte Tatin, Baba au Rhum, Crème Brulee, Crepe Suzette,Charcroutie Duck Confit, Rillettes, Pate, Tete de Cochon, Onion Tarte, Beef Bourgonion, cheese and poached egg soufflé.
