My wife and I had a great time learning the basics of pasta making from Chef Ben. The class was super casual with Ben ensuring a fun and entertaining atmosphere. I definitely had a laugh at his frequent jokes and was interested to hear some of his stories of the culinary world. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wishing to learn how to make their own pasta and have fun doing it. We have made our own pasta weekly since. Thanks Ben!
