I gave this class to a friend for a Christmas present. I was disappointed when she said she didn't get to cook anything, she just watched. She said the imported rice and cheeses were amazing, and the final Risotto's were very rich.
The Risotto class was the second course we have completed at Enoteca Sileno. My mate and I have given them to each other for birthday presents. The classes are excellent very informative, lots of fun. I highly recommend.
